ACT OF CONSECRATION TO THE IMMACULATE HEART OF MARY

Mother of God and my Mother, I consecrate myself today and forever to Thy Immaculate Heart. In the wound of Thy Heart Thou showed me Thy love towards me.
I consecrate my entire life, all my abilities, all that I own, my strength
and health, my friends and my family, and also my immense weakness and nothingness, so Thou can Thyself guide my life according to God's Will. Above all, I desire to fulfill God's Will and in Thy Immaculate Heart I will become reparation for the sins of the world.
Accept me to the group of Thy slaves and let me live for Thee, work for Thee
and die for Thee every day. Fill me with love of Thy Immaculate Heart
and let me rejoice in Thy care through the rest of my days.
I give myself freely, and never undo my vow, that I gave to Thee today. I wish to be the prisoner of Thy Immaculate Heart forever. Hide me in Thy Heart and don't me ever separate from Thee.
I promise to love Thee and honor Thee as my Mother, asking in return for the grace of being always faithful to Thee and Thy Son. Amen.
